A tour will be held that takes visitors to the backstage area, which is normally only accessible to aquarium keeper , including the -30°C freezer where food is stored.
After changing into rubber boots, you can watch the Whale shark and other animals being fed up close from the work walkway above the Pacific Ocean tank .

This special tour is packed with experiences you can only get here, such as seeing the space where the aquarium keeper actually work, hearing the Whale shark sucking in their food, and seeing the tank from the same perspective as the aquarium keeper .

Also, each session is limited to one group , so you can enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

• The Pacific Ocean Premium Backyard Tour price does not include admission fees.

• Generally, cancellations and refunds are not possible after a guided tour reservation has been confirmed. ・Registration begins 5 minutes before the start of the tour. • No luggage, including smartphones, is permitted in the back area. Please temporarily store your luggage in a locker (free of charge) before entering the restricted area.
