For those traveling with infants
We will provide you with information about the facilities and services available to those traveling with infants and small children.
At Kaiyukan and Tempozan Marketplace, we strive to ensure that guests with small children can enjoy their visit safely.
Baby Care Room (Entrance Building 2F)
There are kids' toilets, nursing rooms, diaper changing beds, and baby formula machines.
Nursing room (behind the "Aqua Gate" tank)
This is a private room that can be used for breastfeeding.
*There is no hot water.
*Diaper changing is not available.
Baby Care Room (Tempozan Marketplace 3F)
There are nursing booths, diaper changing stations, and baby formula machines. There is also a "Family Zone" that can be used by families.
Toilets (various locations Aquarium)
We have private toilets and diaper changing stations that you can use with your baby.
First Aid Room (Entrance Building 2F)
There are nurses on-site at all times who are available to assist you if you feel unwell or are injured.

If you need any help, please feel free to contact us.
We recommend leaving your stroller at the stroller parking area.
Please get out of your stroller and use your whole body to get a close look at the movements of the creatures.
- Please feel free to use the stroller parking area near the entrance to Kaiyukan(to the left of the ticket window).
- There are some stairs and escalators within the Aquarium, but most of it is sloped, so you can view the exhibits even with a stroller.
- If you wish to enter the building with a stroller, please inform a member of staff nearby, who will guide you to the elevator. However, please note that there are some passageways inside the building that cannot accommodate strollers or other carts that are over 850mm wide.
- Please note that Kaiyukan will not take any responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that occurs in the stroller parking area.
- There is no stroller parking available inside the building.
