We provide information about Tempozan Harbor Village and handle inquiries about lost and found items.
Wheelchairs are also available for rent here. -

We provide audio guides and wheelchair rentals.

For those traveling with infants
We also have baby care rooms equipped with diaper changing beds and baby formula machines, as well as nursing rooms, so guests with small children can enjoy themselves without worry.

To ensure that all customers can enjoy the experience, we provide a first aid station and wheelchair rentals.

Coin lockers
It is located near the entrance to Kaiyukan, near Kaiyukan Hall and the museum shop.
The coin lockers near the Kaiyukan Hall and Museum Shop can be used by those who do not have a Kaiyukan ticket.
Other locations include Tempozan Marketplace and under the Ferris wheel.

This shop is available only to visitors.
We have a wide selection of original goods that can only be purchased here, including items supervised by aquarium keeper. -

Kaiyukan Official Museum Shop
The store carries a wide range of nature and ocean-themed goods, including stationery, tableware, stuffed toys, and sweets that make perfect souvenirs, with a focus on original Kaiyukan goods.

A cafe located at the back of the "Japan Deep" tank.
Some seats allow you to enjoy the view of the tank. -
Front entrance area
Drink stand SEA SAW
A drink stand where you can casually enjoy food and drinks.
There are also plenty of limited edition products, such as whale whale soft serve ice cream.
