Raising awareness of environmental issues
As part of our efforts to do what we can for the future of the Earth, Kaiyukan is changing the product bags used in Aquarium shops from plastic to paper bags. We are also actively involved in activities to raise awareness of environmental issues that are spreading on a global scale.
We have opened a mini corner called "What we can do for the future environment"
We have set up a mini corner on the 4th floor of the entrance building entitled "What you can do for the future environment."
This mini corner will introduce plastic combs found in the stomach of a Whale shark, providing an opportunity to think about disposable plastic waste, which has become a global issue for the marine environment, and will raise awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ethical consumption.
