[Important] Beware of fake ticket websites and scams.

June 12, 2026

Thank you very much for always using our facility.

We have recently confirmed the existence of a fake ticket-selling website (kaiyukan.world) claiming to be our facility's authorized ticket seller. Unfortunately, some of our visitors--particularly those traveling from outside Japan--have already fallen victim to these scams.
Official tickets for this facility are not sold through any channels other than the following authorized routes.

Official/Authorized Sales Channels:
- Kaiyukan Official Website ,
- Klook
- KKday
- Trip.com

[Please Note]
You will not be admitted with unauthorized tickets purchased from any other sites (such as social media platforms or resale/scalping websites), as they are invalid.
Furthermore, we cannot accept responsibility for any troubles, damages or losses that may arise from the purchase or use of such invalid tickets.

If you come across any suspicious websites or tickets being sold at extremely low prices, we strongly advise you not to purchase them.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
