Sales/Shop
December 18, 2025
The Kaiyukan Official Shop, located on the 3rd floor of the entrance building, will be reopening on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
The Kaiyukan Official Shop opened in July 2013 and is open only to visitors.
We stock a wide range of original goods that can only be purchased here, including items supervised by aquarium keeper, and many visitors purchase them as souvenirs or mementos of their visit.
For this renovation, we paid attention to every detail, from the interior design to the fixtures, based on the concept of a "Product Planning Room (tentative name)."
The shop is decorated with fixtures that resemble the tools actually used by the aquarium keeper when feeding the animals, including buckets and dambes (large containers mainly used for temporarily storing or transporting fish), allowing you to enjoy a unique world view that can only be found here.
In addition, new merchandise will be released to coincide with the renewal, including towel handkerchiefs, tote bags, drawing rulers, and drawstring bags.
When you visit Kaiyukan, please stop by our newly renovated official shop and enjoy finding merchandise that will allow you to take home the excitement of your visit to Kaiyukan.
*In order to reduce the burden on the environment, our hotel has stopped providing paper bags in our shops.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Location: Entrance Building 3rd floor "Kaiyukan Official Shop"
